All reeds are sent in beautiful boxes made from recycled paper, embellished with a series of colourful IonaReed logos and sealed with 100% recyclable and eco friendly paper tape. All reed orders are posted in eco friendly recyclable & sustainable padded Jiffy bags, padded with recycled paper.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for reeds to be dispatched as all reeds are made to order.
UK postage and packaging for orders containing lighter items costs £2 1st Class or £1.50 2nd Class (signed for postage available also)
If purchasing a heavier/bulkier item such as a Reed Box, the postage will be £4 1st Class and £3.50 2nd Class.
Large quantities of items will cost £5.50 1st Class or £3.95 2nd Class.
International postage and packaging will be calculated based on where you live but costs range from £4 - £14. Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard, or Signed and Tracked depending on your choice.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
I am always happy to exchange or refund reeds which may have arrived either damaged or in an unplayable condition, although this is an extremely rare occurrence. Returns must be made within 1 month of purchase.
It is an expectaion that professional reeds will be adjusted/scraped by the player themselves to perfect it to their individual needs.
